Earlier in his career when he built milking sheds, Des was taught how to weld, measure, build off plans and work hard in general. With increasing numbers of skilled graduates entering the workforce, he is now committed to ensuring that they are transformed here at GBV with superior training on essential work and life skills.

Des plans out the day-to-day running of production and works with supervisors in overseeing the overall manufacturing process. He also chases up parts ahead in time to minimize any down time. He enjoys working here with great people and putting out great products for our community.
