In his role, Baocheng analyzes systems, prepares our production schedule and completes weekly and monthly production activity reports. He also reviews production work orders to ensure their accuracy to specifications by performing quality checks on ongoing and completed jobs. Apart from his role in supporting our production team, he also leads our design team.

Being an innovative thinker, Baocheng enjoys the “Can-Do” culture we share. He loves working creatively, taking things as a challenge and achieving them with a positive mindset. When he is not working, he enjoys fishing and gardening.
